Barentz, a leading global distributor of life science and specialty performance ingredients, has rebranded all Barentz Service S.p.A. activities in Italy to Barentz Italia S.p.A After the foundation of Barentz Service S.p.A. in 2005 the company has successfully built a sustainable portfolio of ingredients, that meets customer demand in the Italian life sciences markets. In October 2020, Barentz acquired Sevecom S.p.A., established in 1978 and well known for its international role in the Animal Nutrition market, delivering emulsifiers, additives, and raw materials for the feed industry and for livestock breeding. Both companies will share operational services within the Barentz Italy office near Milano.
