About this role

Job Purpose

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth and efficient sales order process. From managing orders to ensuring timely transportation and handling key documentation, you’ll play a pivotal part in making sure our customers get what they need, when they need it.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of organizing, selecting, and planning the transport of our products to international customers—by sea, air, express, and road.
  • Prepare and manage transport documentation, ensuring everything is in place for seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to review invoices from transporters and forwarders.
  • Handle special customer requests, manage non-conformities, and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction.
  • Be the key contact person for customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
  • Input sales orders into our system, ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage sample requests and handle SFA Food Export Certificates and VET Health Certificates.

About You

Skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of an additional regional language is a plus.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with logistics processes and systems.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communicator with strong multitasking abilities.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Education / Experience

  • Minimum ‘A’ level or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the food industry or a multinational, matrix-structured company.
  • Currently residing in Singapore.
