About this role

Purpose:

Give relevant support to Sales Directors/Division Managers/sales managers to obtain sales budgets, updating Scala/CRM regarding sales activities.

Core tasks:

• Sales to C/D customers by phone
• Taking care of price indications, offers, orders/forecasts, contracts, samples, and complaints.
• Collecting and updating market info in CRM for supporting today and future business
• Correct data processing in CRM / Scala and keeping this data up to date.
• Respect ISO and QA procedures
• Achieving KPIs
