About this role
Serve as a finance leader responsible for driving the company-wide business planning & performance cycle (long-range plan, budget, forecast, monthly business reviews). This role partners closely with senior leadership (Group CFO and finance leaders in the Regions and Global Divisions) to provide actionable insights, ensure alignment with strategic goals, support data-driven decision-making and provide a detailed understanding of key levers in the company’s financial plans.
As Senior FP&A Analyst for Group Functions, be a sparring partner for Group Functional Leads (with heavy focus on IT) and be responsible for global G&A costs incl. projects and other overhead costs.
Key Responsibilities
Support the annual budget and strategic planning process.
Own the performance management drumbeat (including Monthly Business Reviews), working closely with the Group CFO, Regional, and Divisional Finance teams.
Design and manage a robust Latest Estimate (LE) process, allowing the CFO and ELT to have timely, action-oriented discussions about expected results and potential mitigations.
Prepare Monthly Board Reports (for ELT/Supervisory Board)
Support the global “Save to Invest” program with appropriate guidance, tracking, and target setting.
Continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards to create insights
Develop and drive IT projects, reporting, and ensuring on-time and within budget delivery.
Prepare the support cost budget and track actual costs against the budget, ensuring strong cost controls.
Be a liaison to the PE sponsor on financial results and analyses (including peer analysis).
About You
Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or Economics
5+ years’ experience gained in a corporate finance environment, preferably within a multi-national, matrix-structured company, and with experience in FP&A
Best-in-class analytical skills: can source, analyse, and synthesize complex information and turn it into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, combined with a focus on delivering results.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience in using Power BI and building dashboards is an advantage
Strong interpersonal, intercultural, and team skills, ability to influence without authority
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and effective in a matrix management structure
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Discrete and sensitive to the needs of a large organisation
Strong organizer: delivers accurate, complete, and on time
