We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Human Nutrition Division based in Istanbul, Türkiye.

About this role

You will be based in Istanbul, Türkiye, supporting the Human Nutrition commercial team and B2B customers across the local market.

Job Purpose

In this role, you will support Sales Managers and the Human Nutrition team during and after the sales process, helping to ensure efficient order handling, accurate coordination, and a high level of customer satisfaction, in line with the overall Human Nutrition sales strategy.

  • You will be responsible for timely and accurate sales support, order coordination, and customer communication, acting as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders and customer accounts.

  • Support Sales Managers with customer account coordination, forecasts, pricing, quotations, product information and commercial follow-up.

  • Work closely with the Human Nutrition team, supply chain, finance and other internal departments to support smooth deal progression and customer follow-up.

  • Provide operational sales and customer support, including quotation preparation, order entry, order tracking, delivery coordination and related follow-up.

  • Collect and update market, customer and product information in CRM and internal systems to support current and future business opportunities.

  • Coordinate order deliveries and delivery fulfilment, acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, documentation, shipment updates and related follow-up.

  • Verify and enter customer orders against sales agreements, ensuring that terms, pricing, product specifications and delivery conditions are correctly reflected and processed within agreed deadlines.

  • Liaise with Finance on credit checks and customer account status in line with agreed terms.

  • Participate in regular meetings with the supply chain team to discuss potential issues and solutions.

  • Proactively address and resolve order-related issues, including shipment delays, pricing errors and payment queries.

  • Follow internal quality, compliance and food-related documentation procedures, and communicate daily with sales, finance, supply chain and other business areas.

About You

Profile

  • You are a graduate in Food Engineering

  • You have minimal 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, order management or a related B2B environment, preferably within food, nutrition, ingredients, distribution or a similar industry.

  • You have good knowledge of operational sales support procedures, customer coordination and administrative processes, preferably gained through relevant work experience and/or vocational or technical education.

  • You understand quote-to-cash processes, including preparing quotations, creating sales orders, checking agreements, coordinating deliveries and supporting order fulfilment.

  • You can efficiently navigate and manage orders in ERP and CRM systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O or similar systems are an advantage.

  • You have a strong customer service mindset and are accurate, efficient and solution-oriented.

  • You communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • You are a strong team player with good social skills, a flexible attitude and the ability to stay effective in a busy environment.

  • You are fluent in Turkish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Male candidates should be exempt from their military obligations

  • You are living in Istanbul (the European side is preferable) and you are able to work at least 3 days a week from the office as required.
