About this role

Goals
Provide relevant support to Sales Support/Division Managers/Sales Managers for the purpose of meeting the sales budget and keeping CRM data up-to-date to support sales activities.

  • Logistics Coordination regarding the transport of goods from suppliers to customers, to the warehouse, warehouse to customers, and returnable
  • Maintaining good contacts with logistic partners and the sales support department
  • Responsible for the daily stock update.
  • Responsible for stock orders (PO)
  • Responsible for stock allocation against orders
  • Responsible for invoicing
  • Responsible for pallet stock and flow of pallets
  • Checking/confirming/ analyzing deliveries
  • Admin and checking transport invoices
  • Correct data processing in Scala and CRM and keeping this data up to date
  • Compliance with ISO and QA procedures
  • Achieving KPI’s

About You

Profile

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree
  • You have a good command of English & Dutch, and German/French is a plus
  • You have 1 – 2 relevant working experience
