We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Nutraceuticals team based in Paderno Dugnano, Milan Italy.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position.

About this role
Job purpose
You will work within the EMEA Nutra Quality & Regulatory Affairs team, ensuring the regulatory compliance of products intended for the Health & Nutrition sector.
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working model available after the initial induction period.
Main responsibilities
- Verify the compliance of ingredients with applicable legal requirements, critically assessing safety and quality assurances.
- Manage and update regulatory documentation through consistent communication with suppliers.
- Provide regulatory support to Italian and EU customers.
- Monitor alerts to address ingredient safety risks promptly.Collaborate on managing the documentation system.
About You
- A Diploma in Chemistry, or a Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, or Biology is required. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, persistence, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
