Your Role: Regional Process Expert (RPE) – Finance:

Critical Results
You will collaborate closely with the RPO, other RPEs, local Finance teams, and our implementation partner to drive the successful implementation of our cutting-edge ERP solution across multiple countries. This high-impact role involves ensuring a seamless and uniform deployment of standard finance procedures across all entities while addressing and supporting unique local requirements. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency, accuracy, and overall success of our ambitious ERP initiative, making a significant impact on the future of our global operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Process Analysis and Design: Support the analysis and facilitate the process design of regional financial processes to align with ERP best practices and organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with regional finance teams, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, leveraging the capabilities of the new ERP system to enhance financial operations.
- Project Management: Coordinate project activities for the finance domain, manage timelines of deliverables, and ensure milestones are met, reporting progress to senior leadership.
About You
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- 3- 5 years of experience in finance process management.
- A background in ERP implementations or similar IT transformations is a plus.
