We are looking for a Quality Control team leader to join our Vitablend Quality team based in Singapore.

About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all QC and laboratory activities, including sample management and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
  • Review supplier COAs and production batch reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage product release processes and monitor analysis turnaround times to meet targets.
  • Investigate and manage out-of-specification results, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain lab equipment and chemical inventory, ensuring safe practices and compliance with regulations.
  • Plan and conduct calibration schedules, validating new testing methods as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining procedures, conducting internal audits, and providing training to team members.
  • Handle chemical waste disposal and ensure proper handling of hazardous substances.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Food Technology, Nutrition, or equivalent majors.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in quality control, with expertise in HPLC, FTIR, and microbiology.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with knowledge of GLP, GMP, FSCC22000, ISO 17025, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in Nutritional Premix and/or Infant Nutrition is a plus.
  • Experience in setting up the lab is a plus.
