About this role
As part of the modern workplace team, you recognize digital collaboration, technology and tools as the way of the future, you understand the positive change technology delivers to people and processes, and you desire to enable your colleagues to adopt and derive value from these changes and to achieve positive business outcomes.
In your role you will provide first-line support to local or regional users, in accordance with standards and processes defined by the global and regional IT organization. Assist second-line support with resolving infrastructure and networking issues through diagnostics, configuration changes and testing. Work in an open, accessible, and pragmatic team environment.
- Perform work as tickets, in the global service ticketing system.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: User on-boarding, updates, off-boarding; Rights, roles, and access management.
- Software installations, updates, and removal and diagnostics in the event of malfunction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the local IT environment and the work performed.
- Collaborate with Security, Networking, Azure, private-cloud IT team members, and Business System product owners to achieve business outcomes.
- IT hardware deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of workstations, monitors, access points, printers, switches, firewalls, routers, narrowcasting solutions, collaboration, and video conferencing equipment and diagnostics in the event of malfunction.
- Procure, prepare, and ship hardware for the EMEA region.
- Assist business users with the maintenance of Teams, SharePoint sites, etc.
- Raise improvement ideas and contribute to the realization of improvements raised by others.
Industry Certification or MBO qualifications in IT are required.
- M365 and Azure certifications are beneficial.

- Microsoft Windows 10, 11.
- Microsoft 365 Product Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive
- SharePoint
- Exchange Online
- Intune
- Azure Active Directory
- On-Premises Active Directory
About You
- IT-related educational background
- 1-3 years of experience in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills, with employees, team, and stakeholders
- A good team player, comfortable liaising with colleagues from different parts of the world
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to help others and service-minded.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and time management.
- The ability to read, write, and speak English at a high proficiency level, another European language will be a plus.
