About this role

Job Purpose

Are you passionate about ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient logistics? As our team lead, you’ll be at the forefront of coordinating the sales order process, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, and managing logistics operations to deliver our products smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire our Customer Service and Logistics Team to achieve excellence.
  • Monitor and ensure on-time order fulfillment, and drive customer experience and related KPIs.
  • Oversee and plan the transport of products to international customers via sea, air, express, and road.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary transport documentation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to review and approve transporter/forwarder invoices.
  • Handle special requests, non-conformities, and customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction at every step.
  • Accurately key sales orders into the system.
  • Process and arrange sample requests.
  • Manage applications for SFA Food Export Certificates and VET Health Certificates.

  • Strong customer focus and satisfaction.

About You

Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional regional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and systems.

Education / Experience:

  • Minimum of an ‘A’ level or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the food industry within a multinational, matrix-structured organization.
  • Living in Singapore.
