We are looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced candidates to fill up the position of Sales support for our office in Istanbul. In this role, you ensure the customer-oriented and efficient handling of all incoming sales orders, questions, comments, complaints and other messages that come in.

Working hours:
09:00am – 6:00pm, Mondays – Fridays.

Full-time. Due to the pandemic, you will be working from home.

  • Follow up all import, logistical and documentary aspects of every order received by Barentz Pharma & Nutra Division

  • Take the responsibilities for Pricing Studies

  • To ensure all customer problems are resolved

  • To replace the Sales/Business Development Manager in their absence,

  • Take direct responsibility for some sales and the coordination of the appropriate stock operation on behalf of the Sales/Business Development Manager

  • Take the responsibility for order processing, order follow up, on time delivering, claim handling and all necessary commercial documentation.

  • Ensure timely customer information and direct customer service,

  • Report to his/her Sales/Business Development Manager in the field of application

  • Ensure good communication between customer contacts, principals, and Sales/Business Development manager

  • Perform customer calls and introductory information of the company


  • Desire for “Success” and “Learn”

  • Maximum 3 years of working experience in Life Science Ingredients Trading (Pharma & Nutra )

  • Good knowledge of Import Procedures and Communication with Turkish Custom

  • Knowledge of Quality is advantageous but not essential.

  • Independent, proactive, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.

  • Skills in “Problem Solving”

  • Skills in “Project Follow-Up”

  • Skills in “Communication”

  • Competency in English

  • Competency in Microsoft Excel

  • Residence in Istanbul (preferably in European Side)

  • Completion of Military Service (for male candidates)
