Food Technologist for the Human Nutrition Industry

We are looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced candidates to fill up the position of Food technologist.
8:30am – 5:30pm, Mondays – Fridays.

As a Food Technologist, you oversee all aspects of technical solutions, product development, application lab development, QA documents review, and food act/regulations compliancy. You report to the sales manager of human nutrition.
Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical solutions as well as support customers in Bakery & Savoury applications.
Support new product development and/or provide a guided formulation for commercialization.
Provide application training to the sales team and customers.
Joint visit with sales team when necessary for prototype presentation to customers.
Ensure formulation/product compliance to food regulation and manage customers’ feedback on quality issues as well as regulatory enquiries.
Degree in Food Science/Technology or other relevant subjects.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Good knowledge of food product development and food regulation.
Knowledge of food coloring is advantageous but not essential.
Independent, proactive, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
