What are we looking for?

For our communication and marketing team we are looking for an intern effecting from February 1stfor 5 or 6 months. The MarCom team works on international corporate communication projects, which involve the website, client communication, intranet and events. The intern will take active part in the daily work at the MarCom department. Together we will look at the intern’s interests and profile and decide which tasks fit best.

We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid of working independently and is able to take own initiative. You are eager to learn, curious and with your positive energy you also influence  those around you. You speak fluent Dutch and you are not hesitant to work with the English language. You have affinity with the field of marketing and communication and you understand the basics. Thinking and doing is a natural process. You are ambitious and want to be involved, contribute and learn a lot during your internship.

You are studying on an HBO/WO level with marketing & communication in your course. You have to be available 32 - 36 hours a week during 5 to 6 months.

You will be working with a team of professional communication advisers, get involved with our plans and actively deliver a lot of work in close cooperation with the team members. You will learn a lot and get the opportunity to put your own knowledge and insights into action. This is a unique opportunity to get to know the international world of the B2B (Business to Business) marketing communication.

Barentz has 1000 employees world wide. Our head office is situated in Hoofddorp, 2 minutes from the NS station. We offer a market conform intern compensation.
