Country Manager Serbia
Barentz Europe B.V., Pan-European distributor of raw materials for food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry (for more information loot at www.barentz.com, is looking for newly established company in Serbia motivated and entrepreneurial people on the position of:
Country Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the strategy of the company;
- Maintaining a permanent communication between the management and the employees;
- Responsible for the overall performance and business development of the company,
- Local profit and loss responsibility, local budget preparations
- Responsible for local HR including motivation and evaluation
- Representing the Company in front of local authorities and public
- Regular reporting to senior management at headquarters
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, commercial law or economics
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good English
- Good negotiation and sales skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of one of the following industries in Serbia: (FOOD, PHARMACEUTICAL, COSMETICS, CHEMICAL)
- Excellent PC skills – MS Office
- Complete command of cost planning and control
- Presentation and Communication skills in English and Serbian
- High motivation to succeed
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- High loyalty level and long term view
- Good mix of corporate and entrepreneurial skills
