Barentz and Sisterna Cooperate in Central Europe

Barentz and Sisterna have decided to join forces to sell the specialty range of sugar esters to the food industry in Central Europe. The Barentz offices will sell the Sisterna products in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
Barentz markets a wide portfolio of specialty products to among others the food industries in these countries.
Sucrose esters can be used in a wide variety of food applications, such as Dairy and Desserts, Confectionery, Bakery Products, Cooking Sauces, Dressings and Mayonnaise. Sucrose esters are permitted in the EU for food use and Sisterna has demonstrated that the unique properties of these products allow true product innovation and quality improvements.
